Canal side location with beach & pool club membership!

  • This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Duplex is perfect for your vacation in paradise or winter getaway! The house can sleep 6. There is a 3rd room set up as a bedroom with 2 twin beds, used best for children but can be used for adults. Located in Key Colony Beach. It is a very short walk to the Cabana club which offers an Olympic size pool, Jacuzzi & beach with a bar and snack options for purchase. Membership is included. There is outdoor furniture with a Tiki hut for relaxing, along with a gas grill for grilling your catch of the day. There is 30' of dock frontage for you to bring your boat if you choose or rent one for the day or week. There is a boat launch nearby and plenty of parking for your truck & trailer at the house along with up to 2 cars. There is a playground on 1st Street which is a short walk away for the children along with restaurants, tennis & pickleball courts and a 9 hole golf course within Key Colony Beach. Boats, bikes, kayaks & jet ski rentals are all available within Marathon Key. Key West is 53.5 miles away. Key Colony Beach offers a nice center Keys location!

We had a great time in the keys. We brought our boat and parked it right outside in the canal. The neighborhood has a pool and restaurants. Perfect stay!

Great space on quiet street

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on 3rd Street. The unit has a great layout and is very roomy. Everything was clean and having the laundry room on the main level is a plus. Updated bathrooms and kitchen are especially nice. The host was great to work with and responded promptly to any questions.

More Beautiful in Person

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless and even more beautiful in person. The photos really don’t do it justice. The canal-front location was perfect, and being just steps from the beach club and pool made everything super convenient. Half of our group fished right from the private dock while the others relaxed at the beach club, all without being far from each other. It was great not having to rely on the rental car to get around.The location on Marathon Island couldn’t be more convenient. There’s a grocery store nearby, and several great restaurants within walking distance—El Molcajete for amazing Mexican, Havana Jack’s for casual American fare, and Island Fish Co just across Highway 1 for fresh seafood. That said, the kitchen in the house is very well stocked if you prefer to cook in.Renting a boat and having it docked right outside was such a unique and memorable experience. Chris was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home! Perfect location if you want to do a lot of different things in the keys! We had 6 adults and 2 dogs and we all had enough space . The home was clean and had everything we needed. Cute little tiki hut by the water ! Hubby and son-in-law loved golfing in the community. All of us enjoyed walking to Sunset Beach. Other great things to do nearby : Robbie's of islamorada , Porky's Putt putt , Snorkeling at Pigeon Key , Paddling at Sombrero beach out to the little island , seeing the key deer at Big Pine Island, snorkeling at Horseshoe beach and of course everything in Key West! So happy we chose this home to stay in during our visit! A

This property was as advertised. Extremely well stocked and very comfortable. Loved the Tiki Hut out back and all the Manatee’s we saw swim by. Beds were also very comfortable. Would highly recommend this location and use of the Cabana Club.

The accommodations were perfect for our family and friends. The filet table and tiki hut were great for when we got off the boat, the kitchen was fully stocked for all the cooking we did and the house was really comfortable and well set up. Highly recommended!

Great Stay for Lobstering Week

Great Location to Beach Club

With small children, the short walk to the Cabana Beach Club was great. The dock in back was good for any boat up to roughly 25'. Quiet neighborhood.

Days in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Chris's property. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and the location is perfect for visiting the local beaches or just walking to the Cabana Club to enjoy the hot tub, the pool and the adjacent beach. We look forward to return visits to an amazing, small piece of paradise.

Great location.

The best perk is being able to park your truck and trailer on property. Not many places in KCB have this option.
