The kitchen is well-stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster and plenty of cookware and serving ware. There is also lots of cabinet space for your personal items. The dining room has plenty of room for 6 at the table and 3 at the bar. The living space is bright and open. All three bedrooms are private (no walk-throughs). The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, separate bath and flat-screen TV. The guest bedrooms feature a king bed in one and a queen in the other; both rooms have flat-screen TVs. Both bathrooms have curved shower rods to give you extra room while showering. The home has a large capacity washer and dryer, central heat and air, carport and plenty of parking.

There is a nice patio and a fun and useful tiki bar in the backyard. 2 fishing kayaks are there for you to enjoy. Cook your fresh catch on the grill, sit at the bar, have a drink and enjoy the boats going by. There are lights, electricity, water and a fish cleaning station at the 37’ dock ready for your boat (bait freezer is in the carport).
