"We had a large family group meet up - what a fantastic spot for a week long getaway. Home was spotless, with small homey details that made the stay that much more enjoyable. The pool area was wonderful with a shallow area perfect for little ones to play in, with an umbrella for shade. Kitchen was well stocked. Dock had easy access to the Gulf and ocean. We'll be back next year! "

"We had a great time as always in the Keyes. The house is brand new and very well designed. My only suggestion is for back window/door blind or curtain and a fan in the living room. The dock space is perfect and so is the proximity to the Gulf or the Atlantic..."

"My adult daughter and I do a road trip each year. This year, my mom wanted to tag along, so we've got 3 generations with all different quirks and preferences thrown into one vacation. This home was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 baths. VERY spacious, beyond clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to a little nook of a beach that had some gorgeous sunsets. Nice, flat, quiet neighborhood. Right up against the water - not the beach, but canals. If you're looking for a wild party atmosphere, this ain't it. If you're looking to relax, to enjoy the outdoors, and to be centrally located in the Keys, this is it. Frank was great - luckily, we didn't have any issues, but I know he was available at a moments notice in case we did. I will happily stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. "We had an excellent stay at the Half Duplex. We visit the Keys about every other year and this place was perfect for my husband, myself and our friend. Key Colony is a great location and the house was just what we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the kayaks as well as the bikes. The Sunrises from the dock or the porch every morning were simply amazing. The host was great to work with and quick to answer questions. "
