If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy the beach view and just 100 steps away from the beach our condo is the place for you!! Our condo has two bedrooms, two baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, secure Wi-Fi, and a balcony where you can sit and enjoy your coffee and enjoy the beautiful beach! Amenities in our condo include twin private beach on the Atlantic Ocean, heated pool, tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, children's playground, shuffle boards and fishing on our pier!

Key Colony Beach, Florida known as "The gem of the Florida Keys". You are only minutes away from boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North America’s only living coral reef. Our Happy Place is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with your family and/or friends.

The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. Drive 45 miles to Key West and spend the day shopping and dining, visit many famous pubs, historic sites and much more.

Amenities in the City of Key Colony Beach include several restaurants, clothing and gift shops, marina with fishing charters, dive and snorkel trips, boat rentals, 9-hole golf course and beautiful sunsets!

Lovely stay in April 2024
Well appointed condo in a quiet area of Key Colony Beach. Lots of nice touches (beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels), and the kitchen had all we needed. Pool was very nice, with beautiful view of the ocean. The patio had a nice view too, and allowed you to hear the wonderful sounds of the waves hitting the beach. Pictures of the condo depicted exactly what it looked like. I would highly recommend Our Happy Place on the Beach.

Key colony happy place stay
Had a fantastic vacation at Lynette and Manny’s happy place. They are amazing and thoughtful hosts. The condo is exactly as described, well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Being in the middle keys is extremely convenient and gives you easy access to all the area has to offer. We couldnt ask for a better stay. Should be head back to the keys “Our Happy Place” will be the first property we search for. Thanks for an amazing stay.
