Enjoy 2 beaches, a heated pool, a kiddie pool, boat slips for rent, a boat ramp, beach volleyball, a children's area with a playground, laundry facilities, ice, and more. Enjoy breezy evenings in the cozy outdoor living area, perfect for Al Fresco dining under the string lights, and relax on a double hammock or the Adirondack Chairs. Includes stainless steel propane BBQ grill and picnic table for 6 Bring your furry friends......we love them! Please look at the list of acceptable HOA-approved dog breeds at the bottom of the description. \- Bath Towels and linens provided. \- Beach Towels \- Free Wifi and Cable \- Outdoor picnic table, and outdoor barbecue grill. \- Puzzles, books and games \- Two Pickleball paddles and balls \- Adirondack chairs \- Hammock \- Life vests \- One starter for each is toilet paper, shampoo, bar of soap, and dish soap. \- Cooler provided for the beach/pool/outdoor area Tastefully decorated, modern, 2022 Coleman Lantern 263BH RV. You will be turned away. \- All boats entering the grounds cannot exceed the length of 25' max and a width of 8.5' max. Other things to note Campground Rules: Key Largo Kampground provides a timely and orderly registration and check-in process for all renters and guests, the following policies and procedures must be followed. ►Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 6 guests per unit. We require the names at booking to ensure a smooth check-in on arrival. Guests will not be allowed in the Park without proper paperwork/identification. ►Check-in time is 4:00 PM. There's no check-in available after 10:00 PM. ► You will not be able to enter the campground after hours without a clicker. ► Check-out time is 10:00 AM. ► Only 2 vehicles, including boat trailers, can park in each lot. ►The campground enforces a 10 PM Quiet Time Hours Rule. ►At check-in, the front desk will provide you with a Gate Card/clicker. They will request a $50 Deposit. Please Return the Gate Card/clicker back to the front desk the day of your check out. If they notify us that the card has not been returned, then we will be charging a $50 fee toward your deposit for the replacement of the Gate Card.\*\* ► Renters/Guests must provide a photo ID at time of registration. The name on the ID must match the name on the registration form ► All Renters and Guests must come into the office and register with a Reservation Specialist. ► Guest must submit Rental and Guest Registration Form at least 24 hours before the guest arrival. Given our arrival was at night, it was very easy to navigate to the camper and then settle in. The exterior lights were a great help while retrieving our items from our truck. Pleanty of lighting inside to allow us to get situated. The air conditioning was already on which was fanatstic. The welcome binder was right at the entrance and gave us all of the directions we needed. The facilities were clean and the general store had the basics we had forgotten. We were able to fish and use the pool which my kids loved. Overall, I will be booking additional stays. Sehr guter Campingplatz mit guter Ausstattung und ruhiger Lage. Wird vom Personal sehr sauber gehalten. Lage ist für Ausflüge Richtung Key West und Richtung Miami ideal. Contra Teilweise abgenutzte Ausstattung im Wohnwagen - Sofa mit Aufkleber zur Reparatur - Vorhang beim Etagenbett sehr schlecht an der Decke befestigt - Brett an der Rückenlehne an der Essecke löst sich ständig - Doppelbett ist für Menschen größer 1,90 m ungeeignet, musste immer diagonal schlafen - Matratzen im Etagenbett sehr dünn und hart - Klimaanlage sehr laut Küchenausstattung - miserable und billige Küchenausstattung - kaum geeignete Töpfe - Besteck das verbogen ist - Tassen von Dollar Tree, billiger geht es nicht Boot Das SeaKajak ist defekt und es kam immer Wasser in den Bootskörper. Insgesamt kann ich dem Wohnwagen nur 6 von 10 Punkten geben. All the conveniences provided. The cleanliness and the location were fantastic!
