"The condo was perfect and in excellent condition. We come to Keystone each year and plan to return. More large buildings are being built and the number of guests will certainly increase and has increased. The property grounds need maintained and you may consider making improvements to the pool - making in a larger amenity and easier to access for all buildings"

"Highlight was the pool and spa area. Perfectly heated outdoor pool. (Usually pools are too cold.) Indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Plenty of towels. Dining: Pizza place, morning cafe, and dinner restaurant very small grocery all on site. The food and service were good and reasonably priced. Kind of cool that you don’t need to leave. But there are some easy and hard hiking trails close by. The bigger village of shopping and restaurants is a mile or so east. Quick drive or you can walk, it’s connected by sidewalk trail. There are other cool features on the property. The flavored water machine was a bit. The pool table and free arcade game in the game room. Almost a perfect family stay, except one thing … There were many dogs during our summer stay. Some were off leash and large. The resort should warn guests to keep dogs leashed in common areas. There were also a few dog-on-dog conflicts."

"Got a great deal during summer months, above and beyond quality-wise. Excellent rooms and amenities. The BEST part was that I didn’t get chased out of my room by housekeepers 30 seconds after check out time. No harassing phone calls. I really appreciate that, I felt much more respected compared to nearly every other hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff that checked me in were not only friendly but also helpful and accommodating. I just booked another night solely because I HATE being harassed by housekeepers unless you are out at the exact check out time. This policy makes the hotel automatically a 5/5 in my book. "

"Our group of 20 loved our stay at Star Mountain Lodge. It was as advertised, offering a clean home with an ample kitchen that we used for cooking for our large group. There was plenty of dinnerware and seating for all to enjoy. The additional refrigerator in the garage was a plus. The scenery was breathtaking with beautiful views from inside and outside the home. There's a nice path along the river behind the home, too, for anyone that wants to enjoy the scenery. Everyone enjoyed the spa and fire pit. The grill worked very well for our 2 nights of cooking on it. Any questions/concerns we had were very promptly answered and resolved. We would stay there again and highly recommend this stunning home!"

"The property was easy to access, clean, and good for our family of five. The only issue is that the property is listed for 6 people but the dinner table only has four seats and no additional seats to sit at the table. "
