The property is cozy and welcoming, and the little touches made our stay even better — fresh cookies every day at 3 pm, continental breakfast included, and hot chocolate available all day. The highlight for me was definitely the bed. I’m not a fan of firm mattresses, so this one was perfect. The bed and blankets were so comfortable that it was honestly hard to get up in the morning. The service was another standout. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, especially the two older gentlemen at the front desk — I wish I remembered their names because they were wonderful. The toilet is very close to the shower so there is very little room to maneuver. Also, it was SO hot in the room the entire stay. We slept with the balcony door open many points. It was pretty in comfortable because of the temperature but the room itself was otherwise nice. The views were immaculate. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Wayne was specifically really great to work with. We enjoyed the stay because of the access to the town but if it weren’t for the location it would not be worth the stay given the bathroom and air in room. The thermostat didn’t seem to work despite adjusting a few times. The pool was also really nice.
