Bed was super comfortable and the rom clean, however, second year in a row I have stayed here and on both occasions there have been problems with the showers. I think there needs to be serious maintenance carried out in the showers. Drains not working, taps not turning off properly. My room, this time was next to a staff only room and at 3:30 am I heard doors opening and closing for the net hour or so, not sure if they were early workers or late night staff.
Amazing hotel with a totally backwards set up. The rooms are on the lower floors and restaurants and reception is on the top floor so plenty of stair climbing to be done
My only concern is the lack of staff to help out I only noticed two on duty working the restaurant and reception at the same time
