We had 2 rooms and one of the bath tubs didn't look like it was cleaned all the way. "The hotel’s main areas were nice. However, I was shocked at how run down the rooms were for the price we paid. Our main issue was being woken up about every 45 minutes to hotel guests talking in the halls and opening/shutting their doors. It finally quieted down around 3:30 am. I understand the hotel cannot make guests have respect for others, but the lack of insulation to keep the noise down was terrible. It sounds as if you left your door wide open to hear everything going on in the hall. Not only that but the doors themselves are LOUD! You can hear every time someone in your hall opens or shuts their door. Again, to the point it wakes everyone up. For paying over $300 a night, I would have hoped I could have gotten to actually sleep for the night. "

" Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. A couple of things to point out, I stayed two nights and had no housekeeping services. Not sure if that is how they schedule cleaning or an over sight. Also, I had a refrigerator, microwave and ice bucket but no glasses to put the ice and drink into. I had coffee cups but no water glasses. Service with the valet a bit spotty."
