514 - Oceanfront 2 bedroom Ocean View with A/C!

This fifth floor two bedroom oceanfront condo at the Kihei Surfside Resort is located on the mauka (mountain) end of the building. This air-conditioned unit has great ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom and lanai.

The bathrooms of this unit have recently been beautifully remodeled. Relative to other properties in the south Kihei/Wailea district, this unit is a great value economical alternative for a family or two couples to enjoy the spectacular oceanfront location of the Kihei Surfside.

The unit has free, wireless high speed internet and free long distance calling to the United States and Canada. It is also equipped with a state of the art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code which controls the door only during their stay. No keys!

The fully equipped kitchen has large windows in the kitchen through which there is a spectacular view to the east of Haleakala, or the East Maui Volcano (tallest peak 10.023 feet) which forms more than 75% of the Hawaiian Island of Maui. It is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove, full size oven and refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposer and a variety of small appliances including coffee maker, coffee grinder, four slice toaster and blender. There is also a large selection of pots and pans, baking pans, knives, BBQ tools, and ample matching dishes, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen peninsula has a large eating ledge with barstools.

The living room has a tropical rattan sofa bed with a pair of matching armchairs. There is a LCD HD TV with HD cable box, and DVD player and multi speed ceiling fan.

The dining area has an oval round rattan glass table with seating for 6.

The large, private lanai has a bistro table with two matching armchairs and two chaise loungers - a spectacular place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic oceanfront dinner! Viewing of whales in season.

The master bedroom has a high quality king size bed with fresh linens. There is also a multi speed ceiling fan, 40" Smart flat screen LCD HD TV with DVR cable box. The closet has a digital security safe mounted inside. The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the building from where the ocean is audible and the full ocean view is outstanding.

The bathrooms in this unit have been beautifully remodeled. Both have full size, walk in showers with, assist handle, rain head and hand held wand/massager, along with maple vanity with granite countertop and elongated toilet.

The second bedroom has twin beds and fresh linens. With advance notice, the twins can be pushed together to form a king-sized bed. There also is a multi-speed ceiling fan, plantation shutters, closet, and a wall mounted 27" flat screen LCD TV with built in DVD player and DVR cable box. This bedroom also has a full bathroom, including custom enclosed glass shower with a massage head shower system, c/w a hand held wand/massager. There is an over height vanity with granite countertop and elongated toilet.

The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. The unit is fully equipped with utensils, fresh linens and towels, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkel gear are NOT supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests – no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge during regular business hours - Monday to Saturday. Office is closed Sundays and Holidays.

Relative to other properties in the south Kihei/Wailea district, this unit is a great value alternative for a family (maximum occupancy 6) or two couples to enjoy the spectacular oceanfront location of the Kihei Surfside.
