Condo #411 is in a prime location on the 4th floor in the middle of the building.
This means that you have 180° ocean view, are closest to the ocean because of the u-shape of the building and you have absolute privacy on your lanai and master bedroom. It is easy to reach without any stairs and close to the elevators.
Royal Mauian is located on the south side of Maui with most spectacular sunsets, best beaches, fine dining, variety of shops, great entertainment, bus stops and all sports and activities within short distance.

The 'Cleaning Fee' includes all: Royal Mauian Registration Fee, On-Island representation Fee and End-Cleaning.

For stays longer than 10 days we require (an) additional mandatory cleaning(s) at approximate 7-10 day intervals.
