Convenient comfortable place

Location was excellent -- close to everything. Place was very comfortable, with useful items like beach chairs and snorkels. Lush grounds on property.

Awesome condo! Great location!

We were very comfortable at this condo & felt right at home! Bed is super comfortable with soft sheets, very nice, big shower & updated kitchen! The whole condo is very modern & clean! Glad we decided to stay here for our Kihei trip! Lots of great restaurants & beach is so close i got up for sunrise every day! Laundry next to the unit & only $1.25. Grocery store walking distance too!

Perfect

Great stay in N Kihei! This condo was one of the best stocked VRBO’s I’ve ever rented. Everything I needed to cook, beach toys, etc were supplied. Great home base for a family. Beach behind the condo is not a great swimming beach but awesome for sunsets and turtle spotting. K beaches are a quick drive away. Nalu’s, our favorite restaurant, is across the street. Beds were super comfortable and the pull out couch was great for our two daughters 8 and 6. Pool and BBQ were immaculately clean and right across the lanai. Knives were sharp! The umbrella was broken so the maintenance manager loaned us his. Everyone was very friendly. We love Kihei and would recommend this unit to any family who is looking for a comfortable well stocked and clean condo.

Great place to thaw out!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kihei Gardens! It felt like home and we appreciated all the amenities like the full kitchen to cook and beach chairs. We had a brand new baby at the time and it was very convenient to be on the ground floor so close to the pool and grill so we could tote her back and forth when she needed to eat or needed a diaper change. The street parking was an easy option and we had great neighbors! The bedroom got warm at night but if you turn the overhead fan on it cooled down, plus they have a small portable fan that was nice if you needed extra breeze. The owner Chantal has great communication and it was nice to be able to personally text her if I had a question. The only thing I'd change is to make our stay longer!!! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Great beach access!

We had a great time staying here. This unit is only a short walk down the street from the beach, which we visited often. It has a great little courtyard area in the back with an open grassy area. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice, with a jacuzzi and grills you could use along with an outdoor seating area near the pool. The area was quiet and peaceful. The king sized bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, and we made use of the blow up mattress as well as the pull out couch. The "sleep mode" on the air conditioner in the bedroom doesn't work so the unit kept kicking on and off throughout the night. Using a separate fan and my sound machine I was able to cover up the noise. There was also noise from the upstairs neighbors walking around that bothered me a little bit. But I am extremely sensitive. :) The provided beach chairs were wonderful to use and the 'foot wash only' option on the shower was very useful to rinse off sandy toes. There are a fair amount of homeless people in the area, but this may be common on Maui in general, I'm not sure. We enjoyed the proximity to stores and coffee shops within walking distance. We would stay here again!

Quite simply a sublime place for a romantic vacation. No expense spared in this exquisite property.

My husband and I were celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary and chose this rental as the photos showed a beautifully renovated and upscale condo. We were not disappointed. This place is exquisite! It had everything we could ever have imagined and more besides. The renovations themselves are gorgeous - from the hardwood floors to the local artwork, no expense has been spared and the owner's delightful taste & keen attention to detail are evident throughout. The gourmet kitchen is all-new and is a pleasure to cook in. The cupboards and drawers are well-stocked with all the appliances & utensils you could possibly need and many food staples for creating a meal when you're just too tired to go out to eat. We loved the 'pay-it-forward' attitude where the owner and previous guests leave useful, non-perishable foods for the next set of guests - we found bottles of wine, cereal, jams, rice and pasta, cookies and more. There are also fun additions like the Nespresso coffee maker - complete with a couple of sleeves of coffee capsules - a blender, a George Foreman grill, and so much more! This owner considers the needs of her guests carefully and we felt very well cared for! Then there's the bathroom. It's sumptuous and gorgeous and hard to want to leave! After a morning on the dive boat, the first thing I want is a hot shower and the walk-in two-person shower was amazing! It's beautifully tiled in a dark chocolate marble with copper accent flecks and an easy-open glass door. Once inside, there are three shower heads (one rainforest-style that's fixed, one that's removable, and one at calf height) which you can use in combination to soothe and refresh. There's even a teak corner stool for when you just want to sit and let the water wash your cares away! The bedroom offers an outrageously plump bed with luxurious linens and a mattress so thick that you just sink into it at the end of the day. Or for a glorious afternoon nap! Watch TV in bed? There's a TV right there, along with a bigger unit in the living room which also offers a generous sofa, overstuffed armchair and an easy chair. For formal dining, there's a high-top glass table and four chairs. Outside of the sliding door is the lanai - equipped with a 4-person table for easy breakfasts and a lounger for reading in the Maui sun. It's clear that the owners truly treasure their property and have worked hard to create a haven that's comfortable, beautiful, relaxing and luxurious. We can't wait to return!

Renovated and budget friendly condo in the center of the Kihei

The condo is in pretty good condition with 2 air-conditioning units, located almost in the center of the Kihei close by to the restaurants and grocery stores. We were impressed by the big water pool and good jacuzzi. It makes a real difference and gives a real feel of vacation when you return from the day's adventure exploring other areas of the Maui. The beach is just in 100-150 feet from the condo but the water may be not always as brilliant as in the stunning pictures. However, the sunsets and view are amazing. We usually drove 15-20 minutes south to stunning beaches like Makena.

Nice place close to the beach.

The condo and amenities were great. The Evolve team was unresponsive and one person was rude. I tried three times to learn the condo number and how to access it since we were arriving late at night. Our Lyft driver left us on the far end from our unit. We were wandering around, dragging luggage in the dark trying to get answers. The Kihei Garden Estates manager was so friendly and helpful until we were able to find and access our unit. I would book the unit again but will not use a property managed by Evolve.

Loved our stay here!

This unit was PERFECT. Clean, updated, comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning worked great. Solid shower. Convenient keyless entry. It was so well equipped too. Very close walk to the pool and beach! The location of the condo building within Kihei is perfect too. It’s walking distance to all the good coffee shops and the Azeka centres. Maui is busy and this place felt quiet off the road, yet central to all the amenities. Even the beach by the condo is quieter than other parts of Kihei which was also nice. Definitely would come back here!

You canceled due to damage

We were not able to start at your condo due to water damage. But I will say that Christy was very helpful in getting us to someone else who could provide a place. Christy was very responsive and seemed to genuinely care. We very much appreciated that.! The only reason for the 4 stars is that we didnt know until the day before we were to arrive at this condo and we were already on vacation so it put a panic on our vacation. Christy did help with this though. So grateful.

Comfortable and Great Location

Condo was very comfortable and had lots of kitchen supplies and beach supplies. The nearby beach was very close and was great for walking in the morning. It s not a great swimming beach as it goes our really far before it drops off. The lanai looked out onto the condo courtyard and was a great place for morning coffee. Small matter but super important--there was no anchor mechanism for the beach umbrella so it wasn't usable in any type of wind.

Quick trip…didn’t want to leave.

I’m writing this review as I sit at the airport, heading home. I have stayed at Kihei Garden Estates in the past and this unit is one of the nicest. The neighborhood is quiet, close to restaurants and shops, and you practically trip on the beach, it’s so close. The bed was very comfy, after a long day at the beach. I used the pool and hot tub several times. There was only one minor problem with the check in process. The entry code had not been programmed for my access into the unit. I called Christy, and she promptly provided me with and alternative code. Other than this one small issue (which was not a big deal), everything else was spectacular. Goodbye for now, Maui. I’ll be back very soon.

Great Location

We loved our stay here. The condo was a nice size for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was clean. Appliances worked well without issues. The pool, jacuzzi, and bbq area was so spacious and lovely. My kids enjoyed the lanai and the green grassy lawn. A quick walk around the corner was the beach! We would stay again.

Kihei Garden Estates Condo

The condo was just like the pictures showed. It was a great location and was perfect for the four of us. We had a late afternoon flight home and was able to check out a couple of hours late. Had a great time!
