“Room was clean but bathroom not in good working order. Sink didn’t drain well, toilet didn’t flush well and the shower head wouldn’t stay up. For the price, a breakfast would have been good. ”

“The only thing we can complain about is that we couldn’t stay forever with Cathy! The place is much better than expected (really, much better). Super well equipped, comfortable, clean, and with marvelous decoration. The area where the house is located is absolutely stunning. And of course, we must mention Cathy again, she is incredibly nice, kind, intelligent, talkative, and made our one-night stay feel like being with family. “Only negative was that there wasn't an elevator. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and provided great service. Reception staff helped with baggage due to some of us being a bit incapacitated.”

“Cannot fault this lovely hotel. Just wanted to comment, to be patient with food order. We arrived at 7.30pm, staff where clearly busy, there was also a wedding in the venue. We where not served our starters until 9pm and deserts till after 10pm with a young family this was obviously not ideal. I must comment all food (apart from veggie option) was very good.”

“The room looked newly renovated and it was lovely. A large, well thought out space that was easy to live in for the night! We could have easily stayed for a week.”

“The staff accommodated us with an early check-in follow our over night flight which was incredible. Only small issue we had was getting a room service sandwich one night. They could not toast the sandwich and were perturbed when we asked for it. Overall a great hotel with great staff and somewhere we will visit again. ”
