“Very missleading advertising. The pool was closed even though i had no reason to think it would be and it was advertised as being available. The listing makes it seem like the room you book has its own hot tub when it doesn't. Some of the language says shared while other information just says there is a hot tub included. "The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The front desk was very friendly."
