The customer service was great. Everybody was really nice. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel is very clean and modern. The pool is kind of small but the view and everything makes up for it. I felt safe and security as always doing their job. The room is comfortable and it’s very conveniently located near a lot of shops and restaurants

Wonderful hotel close to lots of restaurants and sabina park! My room was large and had a kitchenette, washer, and dryer. All of which were helpful during my stay. The staff did a great job cleaning the room each day. The restaurnat has amazing breakfast and great dinner options too.

Affordable Luxury Hotel! I love the R Hotel it’s a hidden gem. The staff is always amazing. Monique was very helpful during my check in process. Chrissan and Nakia from the breakfast team is always amazing. The rooms are nice and housekeeping does an amazing job. Highly recommend.

The overall staff was amazing, shout out to Chrissy, who made sure I was comfortable in the mornings for breakfast. Shout out to Venice at the front desk, rajah at the bar. These are only few of the names I remember. Rooms were clean, Breakfast was great especially that peanut porridge & fry dumplings

The staff was very pleasant and attentive especially those who work in the restaurant. There was always something nice to eat on the breakfast menu. Housekeeping staffs are professional my room was cleaned daily. I also find the men and at the security post to be very respectful and helpful. Thank you everyone for a positive experience.

We had a very nice stay. Unfortunately, we could only book one night of our two night stay in Kingston due to availability. R Hotel is definitely better than the alternative we chose for the second night. Very clean, nicely renovated. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kingston.

The property was ok but the breakfast only catered to locals and I couldn’t eat most of it. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and awesome and the individual that checked me in was amazing as well. Some other staff member wasn’t as pleasant. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again if I had an alternative. But it wasn’t a bad experience.

The room and bathroom are big and modern. The rooftop restaurant is a nice space to lime and enjoy a meal or drinks. The pool is very small. Internet service was not available in the rooms for almost the entirety of my stay.

I loved the restaurant on the 5th floor the breakfast was great the drinks were good and the staff was wonderful. The property was clean. What i didn’t like was I had to leave $100.00US when I checked in and I was not told why they took $ about $47.00 out of it I was not given a reason.

An absolute paradise—one of Jamaica's best!I absolutely loved my stay here! It is easily one of the best hotels I have ever experienced in Jamaica. The staff went above and beyond, the food was absolutely amazing, and the rooftop lounge offered breathtaking views. I am already planning my next trip back to Jamaica, and I will definitely be staying here again!
