"I ended up in a handicap room for some reason. Water goes all over the floor when you shower a there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the top of the shower curtain. "

"Hotel is under renovation but that was not shared when I made the reservation. I arrived at 5pm and was not given a room until after 6pm because "the cleaning crew clocked out at 3:30 without telling anyone and there were 175 guests staying that night." When I finally got into our room, the bed cover had hairs on it and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Multiple staff members were rude and unhelpful."

"Great service! The suite was squeaky clean with such a cool vibe. The pool was clean and looked so pretty looking through the sweet! An excellent outdoor sitting space! "

"Our stay was fine as it was only for a night. It was quite convenient to ECU hospital. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. The front desk staff was polite and professional. However, the breakfast cook was apparently overwhelmed since there was a large group of young men ( team) there who pretty much ate most of the items before we got there. When I asked the lady if any more scrambled eggs were coming out, she said no, I should have come down earlier. Now there was still over an hour left before breakfast closed. That was the only negative part of the stay."

"Room was very nice! Very clean great bed! Only downside to me rating it excellent was breakfast in the morning. There was very little food to choose from. We went down about 9am so not last minute. Person working was cleaning versus filling up food. Very nice hotel overall"

"It's ok I been with Marriott for over 40 years and retired from my employment years on the road. I used Marriott Hotels from Maine to Florida. This Marriott need folks who will smile and say good Morning and good evening most important welcome to Marriott. Customer service is everything in all areas. First impression is the most important ."
