“Owner initially took days to answer us but closer to the stay date was extremely responsive and cooperative. The place is old but maintained well. However, we did not get the unit we rented. We were upgraded to the ground floor unit for logistics issues. The owner forgot to turn the heat back on and the air conditioning was still in the window with the plastic insultation on the sides completly riped off. We were able to put our hands outside... “C’était pour une semaine à Montréal et ses environs. Location a plusieurs voyageurs. Chacun a son intimité, sa télé, son lit et sa salle de bain. Très bien entretenu! Super propre. Une cuisine commune permettant de se faire de petits plats le matin et au soir pour nous. Ça nous a plu de Séjourner à cette adresse. Nous étions véhiculés, mais il s’agit d’un coin très bien desservi. Un supermarché pas loin à pied. Autour des dépanneurs ça c’est chouette!!! Merci beaucoup !”

“Our group of 9 adults had a great week in late June. The property is in a super location in the heart of Old Montreal, and Alaa, the host, was thoughtful and helpful for any questions we had. The entry, at street level, has two couches and a shoe rack, leading to the stairs to the main sleeping area on the building’s 2nd floor. “Stayed with 12 of us here and it was perfect. Great location not to far from everything we needed. Property manager was excellent to deal with. House was very comfortable for all of us. ”

With Montreal having so much to do, we felt like we were close to the action and it had everything we needed close by including a corner store, pharmacy, and restaurants. “Me and my partner stayed in this shared apartment for 2 nights, it had a private very basic room for yourself with a code to get in and a own bathroom within the bedroom, it had a mini fridge that was a huge plus as the one you have to share in the kitchen was disgustingly dirty with rotting food and milk that had gone off.
