“Capsules were too hot ”

“The staff of this hotel is exceptional. I was treated with respect and caring. There was a slight issue with finding my room as I do not read or speak French, the young lady at the front desk not only explained where I went wrong but because of my mobility issues escorted me to my room. Upon arriving in my room the temperature was very high and we figured out together how to adjust it. Later she actually called the room to make sure it was suitable. The rooms were very large compared to anywhere……

“Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close.……

My room felt thoughtfully put together, with great attention to detail and comfort. What stood out most was how the hotel has a clear identity, it’s not trying to copy others, and that makes the stay feel more memorable.
