"Our last nights in Queenstown were enhanced with the awesome room which included laundry in the room. Bathroom had heated towel bar. We were able to wash all our cloths before leaving for home which was a big convivence not having to perform that choir after the trip."

"Great room for 1-2 days. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Great use of space in smallish room. Fully digitalised with its own app. Only lacked a wardrobe area to unpack. Common rooms available to relax in. "

"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The fridge broke on day two and our food was spoiled but fridge was replaced. The TV remote controls did not work. There was coffee but no milk. Not enough hangers for clothes enough for a week’s stay. The room did not have lake views as we requested on booking."

"Parking was good but some clients do not follow instructions to always park in allocated places which can create hassles with you having to park in somebody else's spot. The wardrobe should have some more partitions for easy storage."
