I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't make any common sense, I felt the hotel staff realised that as well. However, I don't think they did anything afterwards, I noticed on some social platforms that some other guests had similar experieces. Disapointing!! Anyways, you can never be too careful, leave all the valuable things in the safe when you go out. If you choose to stay at this hotel, try to enjoy!"
