“We had a fabulous stay at Phi Phi at Pier. The hotel is beautifully designed and equipped and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms had everything we needed and were quiet despite the central location. The breakfast in the adjoining cafe was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phi Phi.”

“Overall I am very please for my stay in this hotel, especially I would like to give high credit to their staff. This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat. For this reason, I highly recommended this hotel because of their friendly staff.”

“I think this hotel is kinda overrated. I wouldn't stay at this place again for the price I paid. My room was the standard garden view and my bed was not clean. Pillows were wet and smell. “This hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang city centre but with the shuttle bus service, it just takes less than 10 min to get there, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, the pool is larger than I expected and it's very clean too. Breakfast was served in room but it was not cooked at the spot. Some of the food was a bit cold already. Overall speaking, I'm very happy with the stay here.”
