"We loved our stay at the Cairns Sheridan Hotel\. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived\. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in\. The TV was large and easy to use once a staff member showed us how it worked\. The only minor downside was a little noise from the room next door, although our room had an adjoining door, so that may have been the reason\. While the hotel is a few kilometres from the city centre, it wasn’t an issue at all\. The buses run regularly in all directions, making it easy to get wherever we wanted to go\. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again\."
