"Easily walkable to Kyoto station on flat ground so not a problem even with luggage. Even it’s not close to tourist spot but it’s easy walking back to train station, and if you can master the bus there, it’s even easier as there’s bus stations nearby. The hotel is huge, and come with a onsen which is big enough and have 8 pools which is a plus when we are all too tired after long walking. We also paid for the buffet breakfast for one of the morning and the food was great too! Area for improvement / notice: (1) ventilation inside the room - the aircon was locked at a “warm room” mode and can’t be switched to cool room, which for people coming from outside Japan, it may be too warm and feeling a been lack of air flow (2) given the hotel is huge, going to the hot spring during peak hour isn’t recommended as we have occasion that we even can’t have a shower place (3) breakfast - be reminded get a ticket earlier. We have got ours at 7, but end up only able to get in at 8"

"洗衣機有等於冇，數量少，住客多，等唔到來用，浴室冲涼設計差，地下一定會濕，要走出浴室門外取毛巾及睡衣，非常不便，好難處理花灑用途，下次唔會揀這間酒店"

"地點就腳，近道頓堀、日本橋、黑門市場；洗衣機連乾衣只有3部，最差就是乾衣功能，一機衫連乾了3小時還是濕的（每半小時入$200日圓），還是洗衣後連乾2次一個鐘，才拿回房間浪衣服，靠冷氣抽乾！？"
