"前台接待大使，到房間服務員全部訓練有素，對客態度熱誠用心，客人要求的事，快速處理！ 位置就在大阪站對面，5號機場巴士站後面，出入機場非常方便。 酒店好好，早餐付費之外，餐廳在其他時間分不同時段，無料供應～咖啡（不是一壺預先冲好的，而是續杯沖）、果汁、下午茶點，到宵夜茶漬飯都好好味。"

"I picked this hotel because of its proximity to Universal Studio Japan and Kaiyukan Aquarium. The location is not so convenient if you are exploring other parts of Osaka. The hotel is full of vibrant energy as most other people are teenagers during my stay. There are not many dining options nearby but te microwave corner on the 1st floor makes me happy as I can buy food from convenience stores and re-heat it there. The spa on the 3rd floor is amazing. I like the mist sauna particularly. My room size was satisfactory and amenities were good."

Other than that, excellent value for money and location within a 10 minute walk to Umeda main station and the numerous shopping malls and restaurants. There's a free hot bath on 4/F, and other facilities (paying for guests) such as gym, swimming pool"
