“Our room with two queens bed had a bad odor. I got air freshener from the front desk and from the cleaning person. Any time you went into the room, it hit you! Not pleasant! We should have asked for another room when we first checked in . The outside front entrance needs a good cleaning too. The dresser could not be used. If you put clothing into the two bottom drawers they would not stay shut.”

“Check in was easy. Wish the room had paper cups so I could take my meds and heat water for tea. Wish it had Kleenex, had to use toilet paper instead.”
