Whilst the location was good, including a very short walk from Southern Cross Station which is great when flying into Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and close all the attractions. The overall maintenance of the room itself could have been better. There was mould on the wall where the blinds where suggesting damp and there was Sellotape all over the panels in the elevators which didn’t fill me with confidence that they would be functioning all the time. Luggage storage was helpful

"Our stay was amazing, we’ve came to the Deep Blue on second time, as always everything was more than excellent, staff members, room, clean room and all hotel facilities. The Hot spring thermal session at 7.30pm it was unbelievable under stars ✨ we have slept like babies. Can’t wait to come again ..."

"Room not dark enough. Clear bathroom door lets blue light from bathroom mirror through. Couldn't switch off mirror lights. Light outside room on all night shines in over top of curtain and looks like daylight. Too much sound comes through walls, especially other rooms going to the toilet."
