Room was clean, great location and breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly. Beds were okay, bathroom and shower were tiny but I think that isn’t unusual for hotels in Europe. Keeping the room cool was a challenge given the time of year but that seems to be common in Europe.

Antique hotel I think built in1834. Has the charm of an older property but has been well maintained and updated. Sparkling clean bathroom. Original hardwood floors are a little worn but that's part of the charm. Convenient location walkable to train station and all of old town.

Comfortable, clean and in a great location

The cleanliness throughout stands out! Great location in the heart of Krakov’s Old Town & close to its main attractions. Room amenities provide tea & coffee but lack milk for coffee. As a white coffee drinker I had to provide my own. I would definitely book this hotel again.
