I was extremely happy with my stay at the Bali Rani, the staff were extremely friendly & always happy to help in any which way. My room was always cleaned early in the morning with fresh linen daily. The staff at the main lobby were so helpful with bookings ^ any issues with my phone. This is a very family orientated hotel & i will definetly be returning here again. Thanks to Ardi & Chris for all help given.

Great place for a family! Staff are amazing, we had a ground floor family room the bathrooms could do with a refurbishment and the beds are a little hard apart from that it’s a excellent place if your on a budget with family
