“Very nice place, clean, well stocked, very well situated close to river, shopping and downtown. The only thing that could be improved to get a 5 star is the responsivness of the host (very late or no repsonse at all to messages)”

“Overall the stay was very positive. There were some minor hiccups, but the host communicated effectively. The only issue we had was when we discovered that the clothes dryer was not working after we had washed a load of laundry.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. The host was very responsive to our questions. The apartment is very spacious with two large bedrooms and a beautiful patio to enjoy meals outside overlooking the back garden. Everything in the apartment was very clean and the bedding and towels were new and good quality. The apartment is on a lovely tree-lined street that is quiet, and yet it's just a few blocks from the Jean-Talon market, metro station and lots of great cafes and restaurants....

“Sam is an excellent host. He responds quickly and is proactive about any potential issues, which there weren’t any. The space was clean and provided the basic necessities. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and there was never an issue with hot water. Sam’s kind nature and continuous checking in made for a very comfortable stay.”
