We had Franko check us in. He was very Friendly and did a excellent job. Rooms were abit dirty. Floors needed to be cleaned better. Beds are smaller then what we are used to and they are very low. Food choices were good. Buffet service was slow next to nothing they didn't serve us well. Pools were warm on out chilly night. We tried the private beach. Our server Guillermo Giles did a great job better than any of the food staff members. Our drinks were always filled buckets stayed cold with ice. We definitely will stay here again. Thanks guys

"What I really like about the property is the people that work there. They were really nice and attentive. The cleaning lady was amazing!
