We had confirmed a booking through hotel.com a room with king size bed and our room we got a queen size and rep at the hotel said nothing they can do since booked with a 3rd party. Why are 3rd parties allowed to book if room is not available this is Candlewood suites and they should have informed us of this change. Very disappointing

Lacked customer service upon checking in and checking out. We were not made aware of the construction inside the hotel entrance and lobby area going on ahead of our arrival. Room was not ready when told per reservation and planned to get ready for the wedding before attending the reception. We were told it would be anywhere from 2-3 hours. We ended up having to wait to check in AFTER returning to the hotel after the wedding we had attended, their lack of service became our problem. Was not thanked or given an apology or offered an accommodation when checking in or leaving in the morning.

The booking through travelocity alluded to a room with a couch and a private queen bed that slept 3 people. The room I was provided did not have a couch. The room barely slept 2 people. When I asked the front desk to remedy the situation, they said they could not. False advertising on travelocity's site as to what the room would provide.
