Un seul bemol, les rues sont etroites, il est mieux d'avoir un petit vehicule. Les proprietaires cubains font aussi restaurant. Ils etaient en vacances pendant notre sejour et le restaurant etait fermé mais la carte semblait allechante. “I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.”

“Das Hotel wurde in einem tollen Boho-Stil renoviert und bietet eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Alle Mitarbeiter sind durchweg sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, es wird immer aufgefüllt. Die Umgebung ist grandios, das Meer ist so nah und auch die Dünenlandschaft mit dem roten Berg im Hintergrund versprüht eine magische Wirkung. Da viele Sportler im Hotel zu Gast sind, ist die Atmosphäre sehr locker mit einem coolen Surf-Vibe. Das Essen im Hito 257 ist ein Muss,……

“No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed. ”
