Great locations within the property you have a fire pit, Jacuzzi and barbecue in the backyard. In the front yard, you have slides in swings set and a GREAT area to hang out and party on the front porch. The ADU IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Definitely walking distance to the beach and ships and restaurant. Literally 10 minute walk. You do have to make sure to take the bridge to cross. But, overall great property! The AC worked great, which was amazing because it was a pretty hot weekend for SD The arcade games were a huge HIT. Kitchen super well stocked with utensils everything you need for cooking. Loved that every room pretty much had its own bathroom, and the detached studio is beautiful! This home was the perfect fit for our family. Huge living room with comfy couches. The house was immaculate and very nicely designed for our multigenerational large family. The outdoor play structure was much appreciated. Probably the most well stocked home I've ever rented. Great location right near the shores, we were able to walk to breakfast and the beach every day. It is very spacious and allowed ample room for our group. The property manager was very responsive. The electronic check-in with the app was not working but he ensured we got in ok. The place was well-stocked with extra towels and the kitchen even had coffee and filters. The property is very large indoors and outdoors, spotless and well-stocked. It has lots of amenities inside and out and the host is extremely responsive.
