La Mercy Residences

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were welcoming, the room was well appointed, and the balcony overlooking the water was a bonus. Our hosts were exceptionally accommodating and helpful, they made our stay special. We hope to be able to return one day.

Clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, welcoming staff.

Extremely friendly owners, gave us ideas of what to do and we joined him for a short period walking the dogs across the Sandbar.

Great value for money, spacious, good wifi and quiete. Rather secluded ifrom restaurants and shops if you dont have own transport

Rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful. Centered on front of the beach.

Our brief stay was A-plus! The space is beautifully appointed. It's across the street from the beach with a beautiful view. We chose this for comfort & proximity to the Durban airport. We would have happily spent more time if our SA itinerary allowed. Host was responsive and very helpful.

Resort like set-up. Very secure and great restaurants/bar at the property without the resort up-charge.

WE only stayed two nights but loved the setting and the chance to walk the beach and the wonderful promenade.

Absolute perfect stay! Accommodations are excellent and only outshined by the owner & staff. Book here with assurance of the absolute best holiday!!! You will be overjoyed with you experience and the hospitality!!!

Tumi was a standout staff member. She really took such great care of us. She made sure to come say goodbye to us on our last breakfast. Everyone was so kind. The rooms were beautiful and new-looking. We had perfect ocean views from our balconies. Great food! Great location

Amazing personal service with friendliness and kindness. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Durban.

This beautiful oasis offered exactly what I needed. Quiet, safety, comfort and peace of mind.

The place is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. Staff is amazing, Nombulelo from the restaurant had is very friendly. Love her sm. Definitely coming back again.

The hotel is in a great location; Right from chevk in the service was exceptional, Pumula was amazing , service with a smile 😊; lots of restaurants around; across the street there is a pick n pay and various ATM machines, close to beach with walking/running trail. One suggestion would be to upgrade/ change the TV's, they are old the picture quality is bad. Down the street there is a huge mall called Pearls of Umhlanga, it is beautiful with great shopping!! I will definitely be back and will...

Most enjoyable, accommodating requirements for a business trip. Friendly, clean and easy access.
