“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. “It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. “The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did……
