"This cottage was the perfect place for us! It's in a very quiet neighborhood near a park that has a trail by the river and plenty of picnic tables. There is a grocery store nearby, good restaurants and just about anything else you would need. The house was spotless and we arrived to find snacks, and milk, eggs and butter already in the fridge. We highly recommend!"

The house is on a beautiful property and was a short drive to both Shenandoah and Elkton and maybe about 15 minutes from the nearest park entrance. The place is pretty small but was perfect for my boyfriend and I since we were spending most of our time exploring the surrounding area."

We were right on the resort property within a minute or two from the slopes/tubing/waterpark, etc. Our only complaint would be the accessibility to the pullout beds. I would confirm with the owner the sleeper sofa has been fixed or replaced and the futon (to my family) was too small to sleep our size children. The futon would most definitely fit toddler size.
