Staff was nice! The room was a bit dirty, one of the rooms had something like sugar or salt under the glass part of a table that just wasn’t cleaned up. It seemed like the only thing regularly cleaned was the bed which was nice. The parking is terrible, the place they say they is the wrong address!!! I would choose a better option if i was staying in SF again.

Overall, the property was beautiful. However, we had an issue with black beetles in our restroom. I notified the front desk after killing three of them myself and all they did was spray a menthol cleaning agent around the tub. In the morning, I woke up to five or six of them under the bathmat. This ruined room as I am deadly terrified of bugs. At checkout, I did let them know about this and they comped my parking which I feel was an understatement considering what an inconvenience it was to smash black bugs all night. Sad to say that I was not very comfortable.

Wonderful accomodations, staff and aesthetic. Highly recommend.

Room was okay. Location was okay. Parking was free but very limited and tight. Typical San Francisco parking. Very noisy location. Staff was not personable. Breakfast area extremely small and left me wanting. Very average to below average for the price.
