Mrs. Doubtfire House Tours

By far the worst hotel I’ve stepped foot in. The hotel is unsanitary and the area is very very unsafe to the point I was hesitant to step foot outside. I expressed my concerns with the front desk and was met with nothing but disrespect. The staff was very unfriendly and useless. I requested a refund and was lied to, being told Expedia would handle it. After calling Expedia, I learned the hotel was actually responsible and they could not assist. Confronting the desk staff brought further disrespect and a raised voice. I eventually left, deciding it was not worth my time or my safety, and booked elsewhere.

Love the location and the view from my room. Guest services don’t answer the phone sometimes.

It was a beautiful stay. Great hotel close to everything. Great breakfast much Better than I expected.
