New Beach chairs are in the unit for your convenience. Free wifi is included. This sixth floor condo is spacious and reviewers have commented on the nice ambience. ..There is a king sized bed in the unit. You can eat inside the unit or on the balcony. There is a large new flat screened tv. There are 3 elevators in the hotel and a concierge. We supply a starter kit of shampoo, bath soap and toilet paper . And you can walk downtown to all the shops and great restaurants.

Beach towels and beach toys are there on our private lanai. . Hotel has a spa and swimming pool. There is a bus stop next door if you do not rent a car. The schedule is posted at the bus stop.
