This home features a spacious living area, a large kitchen and dining area, stocked for all your needs. There is a master suite on the entry level and two large bedrooms off of the upstairs loft. *Guests are responsible to check road and weather conditions as chains may be required. If applicable snow will be cleared at house for arrival, additional snow services available throughout stay for an additional fee, and a snow shovel and salt will be on site. CESTRP-2022-02908

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb 30+ nights

-Non-abnb cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee. (If you qualify for a 100% refund per the cancelation policy on your booking, you will receive 95% as the 5% processing fee is non refundable)
-Motion sensored video and surveillance camera facing exterior main entry to the side of the front door

-The county requires all vehicles to have chains on board during the winter months
-The driveways and walkways will be cleared of snow for your arrival
-Salt and a shovel are provided for use throughout your stay
-Additional snow removal services available for an additional fee
-Snow is not guaranteed and refunds will not be provided if there is not snow
-The California mountain weather varies. All guests are responsible for checking road and weather conditions prior to their arrival. No refunds will be provided for normal winter mountain weather
