Great place to stay

The toilet in the room woke me up 3 times with a horrible grinding noise..sounding like rocks in a blender.

Brand new hotel. Absolutely awesome!! The layout of the suite is great. The shower layout is wonderful and very smart. Staff very professional and friendly.

I liked the location and convenience right off the interstate. Stayed overnight on our way to Florida. Facility and staff were great. Dining area for breakfast was tight and a bit messy. Food was average continental breakfast which was fine with us.

Great staff. Clean room,

We were impressed by the size and condition of the hotel and the room. However, as we were sleeping at 3am, the door opened and the light was switched on. This hotel provided me with one of the best hotel stay experience I've ever had. My family & myself stayed here during the recent snow storm, and I can't express enough how wonderful the staff (also many of the other hotel guests) were treating everyone. From the front desk, the manager, to housekeeping staff (even the volunteer crew that were there to assist during the snow storm), every staff member was kind, patient, professional, and warm welcoming. The rooms were clean and well sanitized. I...

Staff Very Friendly. Hotel Very Clean. Great place to stay. Will definitely stay again!!!

The facility is new. Rooms were clean, halls, foyer etc. Did not use the pool or exercise equipment but all other areas were great. Staff is superior to any hotel I've ever stayed in. They were friendly helpful, and the housekeeping staff were excellent as well. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend. The gentlemen in the breakfast area was extremely sweet and helpful. Close to everything: mall, shopping, casinos, restaurants. "Complimentary Hotel Shuttle" takes you anywhere in Lake...

Your entire facility was very clean and organized. The room was very nice. Very clean, Very nice bathroom. But the very best about my stay was the lady on duty that night went way above and beyond duty to help me and my sister, vwith a car breakdown situation I had. She actually sent a friend of hers to go to the auto parts store to buy the part that I need, with my money of course. I was so appreciative. We also felt that your pricing was very economical Especially after staying there and...
