“Eric at the front desk was so incredibly nice, efficient and professional. He is a great employee as a first impression of our stay! The hotel was great, would definitely recommend.”

“The facility is rather run down. There were three dead cockroaches and one live one( huge) in the room. The comforters and mattresses were stained and dirty, but at least there were no bedbugs. The lights did not work and it was very hot( air conditioning not keeping up). The pool was up and running and looked ok, but we did not use it.”

“The towels were clean but stained. Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Bath was disgusting sonof possible to take a shower. Air-conditioning was so loud. So on and so on. The worst motel i have ever had the misfortune to stay in Absolutely overall DISGUSTING and I have had to stay in approximately 20 and NEVER this bad”

“Some how our stay was booked for one less day than we thought. The owner/manger jacked up the price for that last day. They said there were events going on in Wichita and they would be busy . The parking lot was half full. They lied to get around 2/3s more for that day. The food was cold. The gravy was just bad ( I love gravy) I was disappointed. Our Rome smelled. .”

“When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us……

“Be aware that it's nothing like the photos. No coffee pot like advertised. Also host was not very pleasant. Tried to insist that since my reservation was for two that I had to take a room with two beds. That's not what I booked. Property was in bad shape all the way around. Water in the bathroom sink didn't work. Tv didn't work. Very bad experience will never stay there again.”
