“We had stayed at this property before when it was relatively new, we had high hopes and were extremely disappointed. The exterior of the hotel was falling apart when we arrived (tape holding pieces of brick on above entry door), the lobby, rooms, elevators, and pretty much every area we went were not clean and falling apart. The room itself had massive stains on the carpet, bedding, couch, and the floors had not been swept. The bathroom was atrocious…the shower was leaking in the floor, the……
