“Muy sucio y feo el lugar”

“The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were ok, but don’t look like the pictures on the site. It was ok just to have a place to come and sleep for the price and that I could bring my small dog. There wasn’t a pool, which is listed as an amenity. If there was a free breakfast I wasn’t ever aware of it. The beds are comfortable. For the price I would stay here again.”

“This was my 2nd stay here and planning to stay again in the future. Continental breakfast is still quick and filling with a variety of choices. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a welcome addition. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the brightly lit parking lot. I feel very safe staying here.”

“This was a scary stay. I told my kids that I thought that I was staying at the Bates Motel (google the movie Psycho if you are not familiar). It is in a desolate area and gave off a creepy vibe. The parking lot has huge potholes. The room itself was pretty good. I have no complaints there. No coffee or breakfast available in the morning. Good internet connection, which was an issue with other hotels that I have stayed at. I would not stay here again.”

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was filthy dirty, the pool area was padlocked, the emergency shut off to the hot tub was also padlocked. The hot tub was not working at all, it was like sitting in a hot toilet. The "buffet breakfast" was disgusting.”

“Front desk woman at check in was very helpful and put us in a handicapped room with walk in shower on the ground floor even though we had not requested that. My wife has difficulty walking any distance and we use a wheelchair for her sometimes. Room was nice and the shower was excellent. The attached casino had only a bar and a hamburger place for eating. Nothing else close that we knew about. The hamburger place was kind of pricey but the food was good. No valet so had to schlep our own……

“The property was easy to locate. It was clean and the staff were nice and helpful at check-in. The one thing that was problematic was every time we flush the toilet in our room. It made a very loud sound for 30 seconds. Loud enough to be heard outside the room. I called the front desk about it and they said they didn’t have anybody to fix it until the next day. I would think that the cleaning staff would’ve noticed that that was a problem and it would already be task to be fixed, but it was……

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”
