Affectionately known as Parabulls Point, this estate wows with incredible lake views and luxe amenities. Made up of a main house and guest cottage, this retreat boasts a private boat dock, provided SUPs and kayaks, a lakefront deck with a pergola, and a 75 stainless steel water slide -- your own personal water park!

Inside the main house, luxurious perks include a Peloton bike, a game room, four gas fireplaces, and a gourmet kitchen. Occupying the entire top floor, a palatial primary suite features a jetted tub, lake-view deck, and home gym. Providing additional space, the private guest cottage offers a full kitchen, a living area, and a porch with stunning views.

Lined with moss, the gorgeous stone patio showcases a 14 waterfall cascading into a pool of boulders (running under the patio and back into the lake). Follow the path to the private hot tub and take a rejuvenating soak amid the lake views. A wraparound deck off the main house sets the scene for cookouts with alfresco dining, a gas grill, and a gas firepit -- all facing the lake. Added perks include SUPs, kayaks, paddles, and lake equipment. Complimentary WiFi, in-home walkie-talkies, and a washer/dryer are provided.

Picturesque Lake Lure is a dream destination for nature lovers. Chimney Rock is five miles from your door, and Lake Lure Adventure Company offers boat rentals within a 15-minute drive. Lake Lure Rental Boats offer weekly, daily and half-day rentals as well as discounts for Pinnacle Vacasa stays.

Lake Lure is a man made lake that is drawn down 12 feet each winter season for maintenance. This will impact shorelines. Water will be back up to normal levels in mid April.

Awesome House for Family Vacay with a Little Room for Improvement
So it looks like I may have been promoted to leave a review twice. At any rate the house is great from a location and amenity standpoint. Owners have done a great job with details. Views and all outdoor living around house and on the lake are top notch. Kitchen is well appointed, only recommendation is a Keurig for convenience over time and mess of drip coffee. We had a few issues that I don’t think should happen when you’re renting any house let alone a very high end luxury rental. Door to master bath could not be closed so from a privacy standpoint not good. Washing machine fell from an elevated cabinet which was not good. We did not have enough towels for a 7 day stay and with no ability to wash for several days a inconvenience. The worst part was my wife ended up on the phone back and forth with property mgmt company for 3 days which was a bigger inconvenience. The handyman who eventually was dispatched was personable and professional, it just took to long to get a resolution. Overall though we loved the house despite challenges and had a great vacay. Last recommendation is the house come with a binder with instructions, location of items, guidelines and pertinent info as we have experienced at other generals. Very helpful. Hopefully some tweaks in the future but we would consider renting again.
