Alpine Meadows Condo

This condo is about a quarter to a half mile from the ski lifts at Alpine Meadows and is perfect for a group looking to lay their head after charging all day on the slopes. This two-story condo offers three bedrooms, three baths which means it comfortably sleeps eight and seats that many as well. We figure everyone should have a place at the dinner table, don't you?

Enjoy nights in front of the pellet stove, take advantage of the free Wi-Fi and snuggle up with your favorite show on Netflix, Direct TV, fully equipped galley kitchen, and comfy living room accommodations. Since you are set back in a quiet community near Alpine Meadows ski area we suggest you pull out some cards or games to entertain the little ones. There are many hiking trails nearby if you're ready to do some trekking in the spring, summer, and fall months!

The main floor as you enter has the kitchen, dining area, living room with balcony, one full bath with laundry facilities and two bedrooms. Each bedroom on the downstairs level has a queen bed. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with its own small deck and one full bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds so it sleeps 4 upstairs.

PROPERTY NOTES
* EFFECTIVE 5/27/2024 - The decks at the condo are not safe for use. The HOA has notified all owners NOT to use the decks until further notice.
*Condo has an exterior camera at the entrance. There are no cameras inside.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
* We do not provide firewood, but it can be purchased at locals shops.
* There is no garage for short term renters, sorry.
* This property's door auto-locks, keep your key with you at all times.
* TV/Internet is satellite based and there could be disruptions to service during winter conditions, or heavy snow fall.
* There is no central heat. Each room has an electric baseboard heater with thermostat.
