Very well kept perfect location right in the center of Austin. Clean unit and great building

The bar / lounge area was really nice, and the bartenders were really good. Would definitely revisit.

You get what you pay for. Photos are MUCH nicer than the property actually is. Our room was filthy. The walls were dirty and stained, so were the bath towels and tub, the ceiling, the bed spreads, and the carpet. The entire room was disgusting. Except the sheets. The sheets and the pillow cases were clean. I kept my shoes on while in the room at all times. The pool was very nice and very well kept and my family had a good time playing in it. I did not get a receipt when I checked out as they do not have a printer. They told me my charge was $85 and some change but my expedia charge was $102 and some change. The staff was friendly though. I will look for another option if I ever visit this area again.
