"Fantastic Casita!I loved my stay here, and I'm going to recommend it to everyone going to Spring Mountain! The place is super clean and extremely nice. The hosts have literally thought of everything! Water, coffee and creamers, wine bottle opener, remote for HVAC, TV set for guest stay, glasses, games, books, iron with distilled water, cups plates and silverware, etc. Just amazing!"

"Lady at front desk was super helpful especially since I notified them that I would arrive late due to unfortunate circumstances. It was awesome to have a pizza place just around the parking lot which helped alot since I did arrive fairly late. Location is the reason I chose to stay at K7 BnB and if it weren't for that unfortunate circumstance, it would have worked out perfectly. Though I liked the book cover, I was surprised, in a very good way, about what's inside. The bathroom especially, is quite roomy."

The outdoor areas were great as well, shaded seating out back, access to a gas grill to enjoy the patio and of course plenty of room to unwind under the desert sky.The house was spotless and clearly cared for with love. Your home is in a very quiet neighborhood of Pahrump, close to town, restaurants, casinos, etc. The house is new construction, very clean, and decorated nicely. The continental breakfast that was provided was a very delicious & thoughtful start to the day. "I needed a place to stay after driving cross country to help with my parents move from their RV to a permanent home. This property was ideal with a fridge and freezer to keep food and meds cold and keeping ice available for my daily drinks and to chill my travel cooler. Very clean and convenient to the RV park in Parhump vs staying in Vegas. The property has 3 mini homes/trailers like the one I stayed in as well as one permanent tiny home. Lots of parking and each unit had a nice outdoor space and grill. Would stay there again"

"The owners of this property have created an excellent VRBO. It was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and an absolute pleasure to experience. They responded quickly to my texts and were very helpful with arrival information. If I'm in Pahrump again and this property is available, I will stay there again."

"The place is super clean, spacious and conveniently located. My family (3 adults and 2 kids) stayed 3 nights and it was very lovely. We visited Death Valley and Red Rock Canyon/LV and it was very convenient to get to those places and its near Walmart and other stores. The heater worked great to keep us warm during the nights. The only inconvenience was the manual gate and lock you have to open and close to leave in and out of the property and the bunk bed was very squeaky. I will stay here again if we visit this area! "
