"This home was very Beautiful and More Spacious than expected with a Beautiful back yard that we sadly didn’t get to enjoy because of the rain. The house location was great with A lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Next time we have a Family gathering I definitely will be rebooking"

"Relaxing, quiet and clean neighborhood. Love the retro decor. Kitchen is well equipped for those that might want to cook. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. Everything was so easily comfortable, all is exactly as posted, the location on the water is incredibly peaceful, the hot tub is a huge plus, and our stay was completely enjoyable. "A perfect, quiet, but centrally-located destination on the North Shore in Evanston, there's nothing but good about this historic coach house a block from Lake Michigan. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and full of light and charm. Comfortable room sizes, and lots of closets. Easy to access and very private and quiet. A nice roomy kitchen, with a pleasant dining area. Could not ask for a better getaway locale in Evanston. Will definitely be back soon."

"We were remodeling our house and needed a place that felt like home to our kids. Our family of six needed a house with lots of space. We have a very busy 2 year old, a 7 and 8 years old, plus my 23 year old. They all needed their own space. The house was perfect for our busy family. Plus, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Our family was very happy with our stay."

"My family and I were in town for a wedding. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities. The host was super personable, accommodating, and quick to respond. We really enjoyed the property and used the fire pit the first evening we were there, watching the boats pass by. Highly recommend!"

"This is a fantastic location just outside of the city on a quiet street but close to everything. The Property Manager (Ross) is fantastic with communication and even after our flight was delayed three times, he met us at the door, gave us a thorough tour of where everything is located, and some great tips on where to eat. It's a $20 UBER to the heart of the city (Millenium Park) and the place is spotless! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to hang your hat for a few days!"
