“Hotel is not ADA approved and had bed bugs room was not ready at check and caused me to wait 45 minutes to be properly cleaned and still found bed bugs make my 89 year old disabled grandmother wait for the room when we called in advance to ensure it was correct and AD A accessible. This place needs to be shut down.”

“Everything was very clean and friendly staff. My only complaint is that the pool was being remodeled and was closed. I would have liked to have known ahead of time before booking. The hotel manager did offer to let us use the next door sister hotel pool, which was nice, but not ideal because it was an indoor pool and it was very stuffy and humid in the room. Lancaster is really hot during the month of June and we really just wanted to cool off in the pool. Overall the stay was nice. Very clean……

“1st, we were sent old instructions on entry. It took awhile standing outside before we were able to get in. The dead cochroach (we named him Leonard) and trash in the bathroom garbage was par for condition of the unit. The bed wasn't even comfortable for two. The couch futon was only appropriate for maybe one child. Give AI credit the picture shown was of the inside but juiced up 10 times nicer than it actually was. Just so we are clear, this is not a 1 bedroom as stated in the description but a……

“We were able to find place easy enough and was a last minute booking. The property was something used to basically sleep in. As we were there to work and not much time spent in house. Upon checking in tho, and trying to follow the instructions that were sent to us, it was a little annoying to find things being stated that didn’t need to be done or were not important. ”
